The Diet Is ON: A Recipe for Taco Pie
I am OFFICIALLY SERIOUSLY DIETING. I have been for about two weeks. Like I did twelve years ago, I am using the Richard Simmons Food Mover program. Except for the exercise videos. I just can't. I'm walking and exercising at home, instead. The diet counts American Diabetic Association exchanges and you can eat from all food groups, just in proper amounts and portion sizes.
